Registration/Renewal Procedure

1. Select the applicable Registration or Renewal button.

2. On the payment page, type your first and last names, email address and Business Name. NB: The amount field has been set and you wont be able to type it.

3. Click on Pay Now to initiate payment.

4. Select your Payment Method: whether you want to pay with Debit Card or Mobile Money (All Networks).

5. Provide your phone number or Debit Card Information and click on Confirm.

6. Check your phone for Confirmation Code and type it into the dialogue box.

7. Click on Authorize and wait for a pop up on your phone.

8. Type your MOMO Pin to complete payment.

9. Wait about 10 seconds to be redirected the Registration of Renewal Form.

10. Fill the form in its entirety and submit.

NB: If you are not redirected automatically after payment, or for some reason you couldn’t complete the Registration or Renewal Form after payment, kindly check the mail you provide on the payment page to find the link to the form.
